Looks like a corner is turning even more people.  Here is why.  They are now being transparent for they even disclosed the reality that the other party still has to dismiss it's case, which is the next logical step.  They can still sue the other party...but that is GOOD for HRG.  Because the court just ruled that the license is not on the line any longer.  This is now ...more

the still outstanding bankruptcy filing is the one Prognoz Silver made itself.Since Buryatzoloto owns 50% of the shares of Prognoz you can rest assured that thisbankruptcy issue is a thing of the past.I'm not even interested in who onws the other half.As long as HRG holds its 50% and this asset is futher developped I am very pleased.

I really want to agree with all the positive outcome that has been mentioned regarding Prognoz.  I do accept that this is a positive step, but I don't see anything in this press release that gives any more support that Prognoz silver gets to retain its mineral deposit license.My assessment is that the initial proceedings triggered by the $18M owing to Buryatzoloto (a subsidiary of HRG ...more
