I stated I did not think management of Canadian companies were allowed to make "estimations",
his (correct ) reply was that Nord Gold is a dutch company....

This DUTCH company owns 72% of a Canadian Listed company, and must play by the CDN rules with disclosure.They have broken the law and they know it, as they've been formally told.  Also, they are required to fix this error and have not done so.  therefore, they are not illegally allowing this to continue.  It will come back to haunt them as this is a perfectly clear example of
