Very interesting indeed and so much appreciated, the e-mail to the OSC as wella s to Nordgold Investor Relations. BTW NORD went down today by almost 10% to 7.10 US $ on the LSE. I would like to know, why? With bidding as low as 6.95...perhaps 3.00 is a bit high? Would we settle for say 2.50 or 2.75? Just wondered. Thank You again, Wolf E

I don't think 2.50 is even close to fair value. We used to be at 3.50 with a company that was in way worse shape than we are today. $3.00 is my minimum. If Nord increases, so will my minimum.

tryte, you have to realize that the number of shares outstanding has also doubled versus 4 years ago. I think fair value will be between 2-2.50. When Nord Gold states that they will be looking to increase the float then a buy-out with Nord shares is a valid option for them because they can buy HRG at a price, lower than the implicit value of HRG within Nord Gold. Bart you are right and wrong. Yes shares doubles. Buy our price is one third and ALL of the troubles are solved and Bissa is almost here. Furthermore, gold has almost tripled. Amd Europe is falling apart and...Yoi get it. Excuse the errors in this post. Stockhouse will now allow edits in iPhone because they are lazy and stupid.

Also, some of that dilution was done purposely by Severstal by issuing stock at cheap prices to their 'associates'... SB
