Reason for CEO Termination
Maybe the removal of CEO by Nord/Severstal was due to a simple issue that it was obvious LEGALY he could not carry out his fiduciary duties - legally - and lawyers want a "Board" to recommend takeover offer. I think this has some merit.

Isn't this operations as usual. Selverstal (and now Nord) seems to cycle its employees through as CEO of HRG. Maybe they do it as a way of shielding any CEO from to any potential legal issues
