Seems like they need more cash and since it is obvious that they are draining the kitty and do not want to share in a dividend... they make this ridiculous offer, as they always have done in the past. As in the past, they will have no choice but to bonify their offer if they want it to succeed! What a bunch of sharks/losers, they still fail to send a message to the market that they are willing to ...more

Oh... forgot to add, what a farce is this announcement of the formation of this 'Special Committee'.  You bet I will not take any action... The board of directors of the Company has established a special committee of independent directors (the "Special Committee") to consider the Offer, alternatives to the Offer, and engage a financial advisor to prepare the formal valuation ...more
