The offer is lower than the 52 week high.  Also, we have a new mine opening next year and still have no progress on prognoz.  I want value for both of these assets before I sell. I have been in HRG since before the long ride down to .07 and bought more near the bottom.  I lived through the last takeout offers and am willing to wait even longer.

Its hard to say if it will get that high. A lot of people are sick and tired of this and may take what they can get earlier.   I am still personally more interested in the share swap details because i think long term that is the only way i am ever going to see the TRUE value out of my HRG shares. At fair value, or I should say at a big discount to fair value, using just a PE multiple of 8 using the most recent quarter's results of 7cents EPS, annualize that, gives a share price of $1.92! and that's a big discount using a low 8 multiple.    There's a big discount on the SP because of the russian forks invovled. and it shows up in their Nord gold price too.
