Thanks for your post that shows that the Canadian Federal Government owns 1.6 million HRG shares in the Canada Pension Fund.  They should have some influence on 18 million Canadian contributors and benefiiaries getting short-changed. I just found this and what if we all let our Members of Parliamen and Senators know what is happening?  No member of any party would dare not respond, IMHO.

One of the large institutional owners is Baker Steel.  They are also a significant investor in Polar Silver which owns the other 50% of Prognoz that HRG doesn't own.
