The OSC pathetic, here is a BIG CLUE!
The SEC was all over the Nexen CNOOC deal within 12 hrs, sniffing out the slime. Oh where art thou OSC. Here are a couple of hints. Look at the trading between June 1-30, then July 1-17, then July 18 to August 14. Much cheaper for "them" to cycle shares and keep a lid on trading value. Just makes me sick. These numbers are TSX only, and do not include ATS, or Alpha.
