in this day and age there  is no way a valueation should take this long.Maybe there is presure being applied

to make sure the valueation is fair.what if he does not like the valueation,does he withdraw the offer and go back to what they have been doing.manipulate the share price to the lowest levels possible while continuing to accumulate .time will tell

I dont think that is an option for Nord at this point. They NEED to consolidate HRG into Nord and increase their float. Gold is now 1700 and they dont want to miss another run up in the POG. I'm sure the valuation will be out before the end of the month.
