Crew Gold Review

I would like someone who closer to this entire situation to outline the way Severstal grabbed the prize - and the results to shareholders.  I've been researching it but would lie an angle I'm not aware of.

I believe they just bought up the shares on the open market. They did make a deal with a major shareholder that was just there for the profit. A group of Norwegians shareholders sued after Nord bought out the remaining shares cheaply. They won the case against Nord and then lost after Nords lawyers appealed. https://www.stockhouse.com/bullboards/messagedetail.aspx?p=0&m=31671800&l=0&r ...more

Do anyone remember the "final" offer provided by Nord, and then what happen to the shares prior to consolidation?  Did they go up or down, and what did the final sharehlders sell out for prior to delisting?

I remember Severest had picked up a great deal of shares in the open market and then they were crying as a minority shareholder that they were not being treated fairly by Endeavour. I believe they asked for a change in BOD to include one of their crooks. There was also a big reverse split before the eventual deal with endeavour. The end price was 4 something. Endeavour sells Crew Gold shares for a ...more

Sorry, I was wrong. It was the other way around. Endeavour had mad a complaint to the BC regulatory body and then Severstal and Edeavour came to an agreement. Interesting that Severstal allowed Edeavour to have more Board members, what was it they complained about? Does anyone have any Endeavour contacts? Can anyone reach out to Endeavour?https://www.severstal.com/eng/media/news/document3785.pdf ...more

SEE THERE!  Right there, that is how it is done.  The Crew Gold scr*w job!  Right there before your very eyes is the evidence of how things go in this situation.  Forget "hope"  and forget the David versus Goliath stories.  This is how the this deal will end - a "deal" with a key shareholder. . Who knows who the shareholder will be that puts Nord ...more

I have spoken to Ms. Gail the IR for EDV on several occasions, She (EDV) is keeping the details of the CREW/Endeavor/Nord relationship for lack of a better word close to the chest. I have also spoken to some other team members and IMO Endeavor backed off the complaint and negotiated with Screwusal for a favor to be named later. I may be completely wrong but if you look at the big picture, Endeavor ...more

As always MM, you have lots on your plate.  Here's hoping that NYC does not get a bad rap for cancelling the race.

Hi MM! It's a shame there isn't someone out there with some deep enough pockets and daring to make an offer for all remaining shares of HRG at, say $2.50/sh, they will easily pick up the 10-20 percent of the shares out there. Unless Mordy/Nord comes up with a better/higher offer, their plan of squeesing out the remaining shareholders will be dead in the water, no further point of ...more

Thanks Missouri, but I think we only received a bad rain and wind storm compared to the disaster on the coast.  Good luck and our thoughts and prayers with all of those effected by Sandy.    ThyFish

The Rusian crook meet his match when he tried to screw around with Crew, or should I say Endeavour. There is a man behind it not knowned to many people publicly but who has some very stingent and nasty venon if he elects to use it, let alone friends of the likes of Bill Clinton, Carlos Slim , and the likes only to name a few! Crew was not stolen away the Russian crook had to put pretty ...more
