Just to let everyone here know...

I had an order for BUY 50,000 shares at $1.39 through Scotia which went unfulfilled from Oct 29th!  I just cancelled it.  

Nord is buying everything, and while you see some trades at $1.39, zero trades were made at $1.39 through the market between institutions or I WOULD HAVE BEEN FILLED in two weeks.

Not if all the sales are prearranged between the brokers. Everything's possible on the TSX. BBB

Have you tried purchasing shares at 1.40 to see if the same problem occurs?   SB

Serge, Yes I was able to purchase more at $1.40 after a few hours of my bid.  Last month I purchased shares at $1.41.  I expect to make money on that trade - and I also fully support and will partake in the very likely future legal battle with Nord and their "Independent" Directors, oversight and other issues (well known) as well.
