no word to r.b.c.    dec 8 deadline for tender h.r.g. shares   kid 14

I just called RBC and they do not have confirmation from hrg as to the Dec.8 extension,so therefore we cannot tender our shares to the offer until sometime next week. Any other people having this trouble? Qtrade? TD? I sure would like to know......maybe time for a change!

pwalker8238, I also had the same response from National bank yesterday but I will try again today. They said although the PR release is out for the Dec 8th extension, National bank has not been officially advised and their system needs to be updated in order to tender the shares. Regards

yeah, same here....scotia iTrade....they are AWARE of the extension but they can't take the order until they get the official notice from HRG (I suppose that in some cases details of an offer might change(?)).....probably monday....I was told to phone back tuesday

Scotiaitrade didn't have the official confirmation of the extension either, but they still took my instructions for $1.40 Cash on all my shares.  The broker thought they would have the confirmation on Monday. Thanks to Chris, tryte, 1marketmaker, missouriminer(s), cjsell, production05 and everyone that made valuable contributions to this board and to our cause over the years.

packerdriver, I didn't see your last post before mine. FYI, I called scotiaitrade this morning they took my instructions and I got a confirmation # from them for tendering my shares for cash, even though they don't have the official extension. MW

Same story with TD. I've owned HRG for such a long time.  I bought in shorty after they bought Jilbey.  Averaged way down at $0.10 and waited till now. I am still having a hard time believing the offer is going through at the low end of Paradigms range.  Even they said they believed HRG was worth upto $1.80

I just tried to tender with iTrade and they also have asked me to call back next week.  They do not have the Dec. 8 date and therefore can't help any of their clients.
