Most brokerages will only tender shares towards an offer a minimum of two business days before the dead line.  With December 8th being a Saturday, shares need to be tendered by Wednesday, otherwise you are out of luck, or up with Nordgold.

CIBC investors edge is the same as all other brokerages.  They don't have instructions yet even today.  I will phone back tomorrow, otherwise we will only have Wednesday.

Is this a plot?  Most likely, I understand that once again, Nordgold is making it as difficult as possible for minority share holders.

FYI, I just received in the mail the Dec 8th Notice of Extension from Nord this morning so I'm pretty sure the brokers will be notified as of today or at the latest tomorrow. Regards Jack
