I will go  BONKERS  if our board entertains more dilution down the road , if we still hold this go nowhere property....we have our hands more than full in White River....make a deal with KL / Newmont, get what you can,   and spend it on drilling  more holes  at the several targets highlighted by Red Stars on our Sugar property....anything but more dilution

In my opinion it would not make sense to get rid of something unless there was a keen interest in it and you were getting top dollar.If you are desperate and do sell cheap it would not be wise to spend the money on a gamble.That would be like selling your unrestored vintage car for peanuts and buying lottery tickets with the money.Better to leave it in the garage until there is interest in it.This ...more

My post was mostly about dilution....If we dilute my shares any more,  while still holding this go nowhere property  and not having the time or money to work it,  then  I will personally call  JAY LENO   and ask him to take this 1970 Cuda off our hands.....he has the time and money to work on it...WE  DONT...and the longer it goes on,  parts get ...more

I hear you about dilution,The share float is nuts.Jay Leno would not be interested in that car.It would have to be a numbers matching hemi Cuda.Getting back to the shares,if they want to increase production and need to raise money  how would that figure in to the number of shares outstanding?Not sure ,but like you say the number of shares outstanding is definitely an issue with this company ...more

  There's significant dilution baked in.  The interest on the Apian loan is in shares.  If I've run the numbers correctly, at current exchange rates, it's about 44 million shares a year.  If the share price falls below $0.1173, it's even more.
