Great info find as always Fred, thank you. What can I say about it, retail investor never gets a fair shake...but let's hope new gold will be the purchaser of our little gold mine and they are just getting thier toes wet

How about I just cut and paste them here too?  Someone was asking for an explanation of the participation warrants and stuff so I gave my $.02 worth.  Glad FredFud found it worth reading, but it's just an amateur's take on it.  Your mileage may vary. "New Gold bought 14.9% of Harte's shares in a PP which triggered some things in Harte's agreement with Appian ...more

Mudcreeker, what's the old saw? Pigs get fat. Hogs get slaughtered. Do I assume the warrants are at bargain prices? If so how does that pass the test of fairness?

What I was questioning was the fairness of adding tons of "cheap" warrants in order to "balance out" ownership percentages. The balancing is appropriate, but the dillution of price is not. The additional balancing purchases should be at market, no less, to be fair to the rest of us. IMHO.

I'm a new shareholder of Harte as of this morning and I am very excited I was able to aquire shares at this price  I was introduced to the company via NGD interest,I did my DD and convinced myself that this looks like a good turn around play as I'm bullish on the price of  gold moving forward  GLTA

Welcome aboard! Enjoy the ride....could take a while but this will be be 2-3$bucks in 2-3years...just do a comparison of all the other mines in the area and look how long it took them to get to such great stock prices. I remember when my brother was working at wesdome when it was a Shiite show there but the cfo told the workers to hold onto their shares if they can because good times where coming. ...more
