Hrt

Im not sure whats going on with hrt, however at .10 Ive strengthened my position by an additional 13000 shares there looking a little shaky at this point, so it might of been a novice move but my gut says somethings up might of been fiat well wasted..might of been a great move. 50/50

Good move, Wdmann. I've been around for a while and backed up the truck myself at these prices. I as livid at the lady's news release but am  Pretty sure this was a headfake to shake out loose  hands . If not, it was one of the most sloppy disclosure statements I've ever read in over 50 years of investing. Good hunting.

Only a good move if the company is successful. If it goes under then maybe not such a good move.I don't think it was a headfake to intentionally shake out loose hands.Companies are under obligation to tell it like it is.You can't just make up some bs and put it in a news release. That doesn't fly with the securities commission.

Homestone, I agree, but this is where I have to ask "WHAT securities commission"? Harte has been played for 2 years by active shorters and they have made a fortune. Now we have the most inept, incompetent change of horses I've ever seen, after almost a year of apparent good results. Where is the securities comission?

I would have to disagree with your assessment of the change of guard. What was thrown into  their laps to fix up was a monumental task.Throw in Covid. Not as easy as anyone makes it out to be.After all there were improvements every quarter.Just not quite enough and an overestimation of what could be accomplished.People have been making money on the ups and downs of this stock for years.Nothing ...more

Give me a break !!!! there is no one to blame for the demise of this company but the company itself. Smell the coffee for pete's sake people  roman put hrt in a BIG hole and subsequent management has not been able to turn things around. Bottom line. No debate  Very unfortunate actually. But, it is what it is.  as I stated earlier $100m market cap for a producing gold ...more

Ballot- Why would the management team want to do a headfake to shake out loose hands when the stock was already near rock bottom. How does this help the share holders to release news like that so the can shake out weak holders when it is thier job to talk the stalk up, not down and build value for the shareholders. The fact is the company by thier own addmission is in a default position June 30th ...more
