Appian is up to something

My guess: come July 30, BNPP will scoop it up and sell to Appian. The sharks at Appian are getting ready. This management has been a sh*t show from the very beginning. Costly restructurings and lucrative compensation packages for themselves is all that they have done over the last 2 years. As always shareholders will be the big losers.

There has to be a name on the letterhead.Right now it reads Harte Gold.I don't think it's going to read Appian Gold.Appian is an investment company not a gold mining company.I think other sharks are circling.Mining companies who see the long term value in the property.A bigger company with deep pockets and a long term vision. Why did Appian people step down? Homestone, At least we're moving somewhere even if it's over a cliff. I really owe you an apology for thinking you were giving up some days ago. Your latest thoughts are quite feasible. I'll take stock in a successor mining company anyday. Good site and mine, recognized and installed by Stephen Roman , then the need for consistent mining expertise(and a bit of luck)was never adequately ...more

Hey ,no offence taken Ballot. My emotions are up and down like a yo yo lately.Wondering what is going to take place.I think if there is a takeover a smooth transition is essential. It has to be business as usual underground.Very hard to shut things down and start up again.Same people, different bosses.I dunno, just guessing.Take care

The looming default on July 30 means we are heading towards insolvency. The keywords to look up at this time are bankruptcy and receivership and not takeover. These are times assets get sold under firesale and not as a going concern. I'm worried that's where this is headed. Unless there is an white-knight investor with deep pockets.

This is my view as well kitsune. This is a business failure of epic magnitude........SR and bod at the time set hrt up for failure. two subsequent management teams have not been able to dig out of the massive abyss I don't know if there will be any money leftover for shareholders after the creditors get their piece of the pie.  white knight ??  Not to the benefit of current ...more

Save yourself the trouble. This is a spam promoting two other companies, it has nothing to do with Harte.
