Stephen is underwater right along side us.  As a CEO, he was an avid retail investor as well.  Did we get screwed?  Depends how you look at it. Junior mining is a big gamble and HRT is still a valuable asset, although highly leveraged. This started at a time when funding for Juniors was scarce.  As a result, SR had to process gold to secure the funding required.   ...more

I don't think we will get screwed pre se. I think it's unlikely we (the shareholder) will get the maximum benefit possible. However, there have been plenty of opportunities to cash out and get back in over the last 10 years assuming one was neither greedy nor overly optemistic. Even if we sell out at the .30-.50 level that will still be a tidy profit for many shareholders.

I believe Appian had the ability to convert their loan to shares.   If all the loans were converted to shares if acquisition happens then the current shareholders are screwed - a 30 to 50 cent offer goes to less than half that amount per share.  Hopefully, this does not happen.

There is a massive wall at .09 cents right now. This stock has been supressed for so long I can't believe it's this apparent. Probably going to be 3M in shares exchanged today as well.

Does anyone think we can get $0.25

That's a good question.I don't have the answer to that one, nor even a guess. My crystal ball is cloudy right now and the future is uncertain.Cheers

The IR guy and the workers at sugar zone seems very positive. I hope so.
Comment by stalliere on Jul 27, 2021 5:47pm
Who is the IR guy?

I'm hearing a positive vibe on the street as well.It sounds as though the mine and mill are operating well.No rumours of anything else.Only those at the top know what is transpiring at the moment.Darkness prevails for the rest of us.
Comment by stalliere on Jul 27, 2021 6:15pm
Fingers crossed

So this is how they run the company. Three board members resign. No explanation given .  Company will be in default in four days unless deal done.   stock price at rock bottom. No money to pay bills.  Yet people o the board still say all running great doesnt look good to me
Comment by Homestone on Jul 27, 2021 6:27pm
People are still working and getting paid as far as I know. When the numbers come out it will be revealed how well the mine and mill are doing.I'm not trying to pump and know the gravity of the situation.Just saying there is a positive vibe that's all. When you lose all hope you're done.

Flyhi, you must be a hard guy to be around , because you strike me as a very negative person.

Fred.  Based on the companies BS news released last time going from firing on all cylinders to no money left I'm not exactly jumping for joy when we were told things were moving in the right direction.  The threat by the company to say they don't have sufficient funds to operate and the stock price drop pretty much leaves very pi$$ed off feeling of the situation

Fred. Also just an after thought. Should any investor be happy where this POS is now. There is no excuse for what happened. To be at this point of wether to sink or swim is a *uckin joke.  All management has lied and mis represented the retail share holders for a few years now. There is no excuse for this . Incompetant *ucks is what I say....
