Creditors letting the financing slide and Appian opting out of the board eventhough they have significant interest in the direction of HRT makes me think the probability of a controlling move is high. I can't see those two inputs happening at the same time without there being a significant action happening behind the scenes.  I no longer think we are rolling the dice on a takeout - IT ...more

New gold buys out hrt between $0.15-$0.25, that's what I feel will happen or transpire. Share deal swap. My forecast,

Excellent commentary, JAB. There's a decent chance gold prices will rise during this timeframe. Can't hurt.

If and when gold rises, it may be much more advantageous for us shareholders to be holding a more shareholder-friendly stock than what Harte has become.Harte has produced way too many negative surprises. I like the idea of a rebrand going forward. Harte, sadly, has a heavily soiled reputation, just like junior maining in general I'm afraid.

Harte had plenty of time to right the ship and get its finances in order.   They failed on all counts.   They are done.  King pins bailing.  Default declared. 30% interest on loan. Hedged at 1500/oz For those still holding good luck.  You will get nothing back very soon I think.   I know Harte n Steve $crewed me bad with all the lies.

Sooooo.....ANR and Scherb will get 8 or 9 million shares /dividends next week .....because of the debt pitfalls that hrt faces last month 7 million shares  prior months around 5 million shares  been going up cause of debt covenants or something like that  every thing kinda smells real bad here, and has for some time i agree flyhi ......SR royally snookered shareholders to put ...more

S R hasn't been in the picture for three years. Is everything that has transpired since then still his fault?
Comment by Specific on Aug 29, 2021 9:36pm
Yep..... he dug the cavernous hole that 2 subsequent management teams have not been able to crawl out of at the expense of shareholders...... except ANR.......they will at least get their money back....and of course PNB will get their $ epic failure .......end of faking story  Too bad so sad ...... Hey home stone,  SR planted the seed sort of speak and lied about a lot of things which unfortunately have not been able to get rectified so stop protecting SR    i've been on this forum for many many years and all of a sudden you show up always defending SR Maybe you should look at the facts as to why were in this predicament. He was at the helm for many years and ...more

I don't share your opinion on this and I have been in this for the better part of 11 years.  SR did not jump ship.  More like pushed out by a major investor.  SR is now, no different than the rest of us.  He is a large mostly retail investor who has not sold shares in this venture.  SR did an awful lot right to get this thing established as a viable operational mine.  ...more

I believe SR was way too optimist that he could sell Harte to a major.  He took shortcuts on the mill and mine while to promoted the heck out the company.  The problem was the Majors were not in a buying mood - the price of gold was depressed.  The shortcuts catch-up to them on with the mine and mill and created a bunch of problems that took time and money to resolve. And the rest ...more

I think you got that wrong Stalliere. He did not jump ship.He was tossed overboard.Admittedly things went sour very fast after production was declared and SR was not the man to lead Harte Gold.To make you happy I will not defend SR in the future.I just don't like the fact that people always lay blame on someone else for their misfortune.Ask Goldon how much he made from Harte by doing the right ...more

I don't recall their being many ups mostly downs and how does he know SR hasn't dumped his stock?
Comment by Fredfudpucker00 on Aug 30, 2021 11:30am
Stalliere, I don't recall you being on this BB that often. It seems you only come here to complain. Why don't you piss off back to CEO ,and complain to your buddies over there.

I dont think all these qualified people they brought in could work with Appian. I c Appian as the root problem, is y we are in this position. R
Comment by wictor11 on Aug 30, 2021 3:33pm
why do u think appian is the problem, they gave funds to HRT when needed, it's managment not executing which is the problem, we are on our 3rd management team and no one has been able to reverse the trend,
Comment by remedy on Aug 30, 2021 4:24pm
Correct, 3 accomplished teams,Why couldnt any of them make it work? Appian burried them from the get go. These start up mines that I have been involved always seem to have growing pains. Sh.t happens, equip. labour, weather and Covid. They had no room to manoeuver , very bad financing to start and then we were Forced to accept more. We need a deep pocketed buyer, means giving up a lot of equity ...more
