There were rumours floating around last week but since then nada.There is a tight lid on what is happening. I suppose for good reason.It's best not to listen to the rumours anyhow.You know how stories get turned around.Like that game where you sit in a circle and tell the person next to you something.He or she tells the next person and so on.When it gets to the end it is something completely

News needs to be released only in the case of material change  clearly there has been no material or significant change  furthermore if Appian or BNP were going to do something  they would have done it by now  Appian pulled the trigger and 'officially" noted them in default because it was in THEIR best interest to do so Appian loan deal and agreement allows

I don't know Red,The company is up for sale and there have been interested parties.I don't believe Harte can make a go of it by themselves even though there have been improvements and the month of July was outstanding.Even if they continue at that production level they still won't cover all the costs.I believe there is some kind of deal in the works.There has to be,either it's that
