Something doesn’t add up...

After talking to to my father and brother things don't add up at all with hartes stock price and performance....my brother who is in the industry and knows people working there and about to start working there says that's kind of the place to be, lots of guys leaving their jobs to go work there. The guys seem to like it there as well. My dad was a miner in the area for 30years and he "knows a guy" who knows a geologist very well who works at Harte. He says there is so much gold there they don't know what to do with it....so something is not right here. Anyway, that's what we were all just talking about today, sounds very positive from a gold and worker point of view. Maybe that's why this stock/company/price has felt like it makes no sense in so many ways....doesn't add up....

Agree 100% with ur comments Camaroman.  Lots of gold there but the issue of the evil word and reality of DEBT !!!!   The bottom line in accounting circles is ..... Assets minus liabilities..... That's the million dollar question  imo the current liabilities are quite unknown to retail and it's going to be punishing  im very interested to invest in ...more

You are right.  Something doesn't add up.  "So much gold there that they don't know what to do with it", but AISC that has never, ever, been less than the price of gold, and a company that is in default on their financial obligations.  Doesn't add up. Here's the thing - financal statements are audited.  They are objectively accurate.  Management ...more

The most informative and well thought out post to date IMO.Thumbs up mudcreeker. You are right about the pecking order. We are not first in line ,however I recall Frazer saying that things were moving forward to benefit all shareholders. What burns me most is the possibility of giving away the enormous upside exploration potential of the property for next to nothing.Had things been done differently ...more

Something doesnt add up?? All of it doesnt add up is more like it.  If there is so much gold then aics would not be 3 times what was projected to us after 2 years. the property is not as good as some believe as we have had many duds in several explored zones, HRT needs to drill below 1000m and see what lies at depth at sugar and middle zone imo.

It's been said by more than one. There is no money to drill to 1000m.Sure the zones may converge at depth but I think it was mentioned by the company that it could be drilled at a later date from underground to save money.First you have to get to a suitable spot to drill from.Yes you are right there are many duds when exploration drilling. That's how it is.Very few gold showings turn out be ...more
