Homestone ypu are probably right, the stock price has been too steady all week which lead me to beleive there will be an extension if not,  this is a very well kept secret.

I think you are right goldnorth.There is a tight lid on whatever is brewing.The last announcement about the amendment came at 8 pm on the last day of the previous agreement,September 30.Nothing as of yet so possibly we wait until tonight.

Many of the rumours I have heard have not been accurate so far but one rumour was that this "done deal" will not be finalized until the end of the year. Either way I agree that the most likely scenario today is just another extension.

I'm wondering why the amendment to the forbearance agreement only gave until the 15th which is today.That was a two week extension.Was there some sort of deal already in the works that was supposed to be tentatively finalized before this date? I know it would take considerable time and also be subject to approval so the actual closing of a deal would be at a later date.Very curious as are many

Ha ha, yes I have heard one recently from some local miners but I think it was total speculation on their part.
