Stop putting a negative spin on everything. Just because some miners quit means nothing in the big picture .

I also heard about miners leaving (at least a few weeks back) but it sounded like different circumstances and could be seen as a positive. Although, every mine is struggling to find labour so it wouldn't surprise me if they are understaffed especially given current situation.

Miners leaving is an issue as mgmt stated that man power was an issue, mgmts job is to find the right people and do what is necessary to keep them there and achieve full production. Maybe they can offer shares as an incentive since millions of shares are being given away monthly, positive spin. Not.

One or other... The fact is that mining industry cannot go high like this... it is a sick  industry where most cash is eaten up by the top few guys in any company... However, they expect services from others much cheaper, even cheaper than 10 years before!  What a sick industry!

Not much worse than others Paray.Take a look at the big banks. Most of the profits come from fees that the customers pay.Of course they want you to bank online. Then they pay less employees. It's the same all over.Try to talk to a real person on the phone.Press one for this, two for that etc ,etc..Drives people mad.
