The need to sell

I totally understand why 18 million shares would be sold, I just missed the Informaiton from the recent Harte promotion , that would encourage 18 million shares to be bought, So who would invest 360k , not a real ton of cash , however why and what if anything do they know, Just thinking out loud, Its a great bargin price if this gets sold at .06-.10 some quick cash, glta

I just bought 100k in shares. The whole story stinks. It's going to get sold at the last minute - insiders own way too much of this company not to bail themselves out.
