remain calm and go with the facts. fact #1 the hrt ceo still is in control. fact #2 if the loan is called there is plenty of cash the remedy the situation.

Certainly no shortage of 'interesting' opinions regarding the potential out come here.....if only you had a $buck$ for each one !! Many of those opinions seem to reflect either a complete disregard for, or lack of knowledge/understanding regarding the debt covenant agreed to by Harte and BNP. BNP has, as you all know, legally sold/reassigned that debt debt to Silver Lake..or more ...more
