Appian warrants...

They can acquire the lower cost warrants ( 63,303,000 ) at av /share cost of 17.5 cents.. 15,3000,00 more available at higher price, totaling 78,600,000....the benefit is the money goes to Harte treasury  not the seller on the open market....one way of injecting cash and adding shares at same time.. yes dilutive, but they have that right....cash to keep debt holder at bay, allowing time to make another move...with perhaps NG...just saying.....enough for today

Justrelax, this has taken off into the realm of fantasy.  No one in their right mind exercises warrants that are 800% out of the money.  Appian are sane.  Therefore, not going to happen.  But even if they wanted to, they couldn't.  Have you read the terms of those warrants, especially the 55 million from last year?  I have.  Those represent the bulk of the ...more

Just looking for answers in the numbers as I'm sure many of us are...should have scratched a little harder...Since NG's involement, I have found it a " coincidence "  that 36 plus 15 equals 51....assuming that everybody involved wants the best solution for themselves first, and everybody else second...So  how does Appian salvage this mess  and come out a winner ...more

or new gold may have dumped their shares after the debt being offered to silver lake due to ngd's investment not being used as expected. this would explain why shares crashed all the way to 2 cents for no apparent reason from 16 cents.

I see a payment made to bnp after newgolds investment in q1 but nothing after that. we have yet to see any sign of new gold anywhere in this picture. someone else mentioned if new gold were involved a deal would have been done by now.
