Anyone think that other offers may be coming in and benefit the shareholders or did we sink to the bottom with no way of getting back up?

That is the question that has yet to be answered. Will one of the other tire kickers see value? This could be a somewhat lengthy process before anything is finalized IMO Still more questions than answers.Who? When? What price ?.Any crumbs for the peons ? Not likely but there is an outside chance that there are several companies interested in taking this on.Cheers

From where I sit the deal is already done. 1000025833 Ontario Inc. (the " Investor "), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Silver Lake Resources Limited to loan up to $10.8 million (the " DIP Financing Agreement ") to the Company, to fund operations and the CCAA Proceedings. The DIP Financing Agreement, if approved by the Court, will provide ...more

If at all there are any competing offers, all will involve someone else becoming the sole stock holder of the company leaving current shareholders with nothing. There is no upside for shareholders in any circumstance one could possibly think of. Its ridiculous to think that someone would inject more cash than in the proposed plan and take <100% ownership --- just because they feel sorry for the ...more

1000025833 Ontario Inc. (the " Investor "), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Silver Lake Resources Limited will have to pay off the secured creditors to get them to sign off on the Bankruptsy and I beleive they have agreed to pay off the trade payables (so they can still buy toilet paper localy) as well but thats the end of it. Even if there is a higher offer Silver Lake ...more

If the court grants the initial order Harte Gold will seek approval of a sale and investment solicitation process in order to provide interested parties the opportunity to submit superior proposals and to enable HARTE GOLD to determine the highest and best available option for the company and its stakeholders.

This is still likely months from the final resolution, not hours, for sure.  The courts will be deciding the final outcome, and courts rarely move that fast.  The courts will just rubber stamp unless there is some indication of fraud or underhanded shenanigans.  The courts will monitor the bidding process so expect it to take a while, even though the strategic process has given them ...more

Meanwhile SR and Wolfe are sipping margaritas on a yacht somewhere laughing at us

SR must be weeping too -- he is very likely the third or fourth largest share holder. He may have many flaws, but he is loyal when it comes to holding on.

13 year mine life? if you got that from the 2019 feasibility study it was also stated in that document  "sustaining cost (“AISC”) of US$845/oz"

None of it matters now Buford.I was kind of embellishing it a bit.Like a used car salesman would.Driven by an old lady only to church on sundays and always parked in the garage.More like owned by someone who drove it like he stole it and the odometer has gone around twice.Cheers
