1,200 tpd Feasibility Study January 20,2021
It is of my opinion that 1,200 tpd Feasibility Study January 20,2021 was simply another fantasy document release to keep suckers in the game and add new ones.
"58% increase in annual gold production: Increased throughput is expected to drive gold production to 102,000 ounces by 2023 and deliver sustainable annual gold production of 98,700 ounces from 2023 to 2027."
"Attractive cost profile: AISC1 is expected to decline to an average of US$1,025 per ounce from 2023 to 2027."
"166% increase in Mine Free Cash Flow2: Annual Mine Free Cash Flow is expected to increase from $36 million in 2021 to $96 million by 2023."

What happened in the past and what was said in the past is of no consequence right now Buford.Try to focus on the present situation. You can't walk forwards looking backwards.Or like I heard it said.Look where you are going ,not where you have been.Cheers

Lets give Mr. Sprott credit for walking away when he did.

Revisionist history? Sprott did not walked away. The loan was refinanced, I believe, on Appian's insistance who thought the terms with Sprott was too bad. I reality that move cost Harte a huge chunk in terms of penalties and fees.

Go ahead, sue them. Win and yiou get to take your place in line with all the other unsecured creditors.

if you live in the white river area I see no reason why you could not file a small claims action against the former ceo for the maximum allowed in a small claims court which is $35,000. this could be done with a handful of documents all available online.

Maybe I'll give that a shot.At the the same time I can sue the beer store for only giving me 10 cents back for the beer can I paid 2 bucks for.See how far that goes.
