Is not Appian sitting at the table?They have oodles of cash.The game may have soured for them however and they may just be looking at getting their money back.From the start they were in it to win but things didn't exactly turn out as planned.Tomorrow is another day and a big one for holders of common shares.

Homestone...my back of the envelope ( and it's a small envelope ) numbers suggest to me that Appian will want something in the area of $ 100 million to walk away..315 million shares X   ??   ( 20 cents maybe ).. plus the debt  plus something to save face.)..not even talking about the options and warrants..very messy...if they are crying UNCLE , then the poker game is ...more
