I see that as well.All shares will be deemed canceled with no consideration and ANR will be the sole shareholder.This all works in Appian's favour but does not help shareholders one iota.Having said that this is Appians attempt to be the new stalking horse bidder and other offers may come come that are better.Remains to be seen if others will put in a better offer once the sisp is started ...more

Appian stalking horse bid motion on FTI Consulting should be read by all.(dec.13) . Appian claims they have $100 million invested in Harte.
