Infrastructure in place

One has to think that the infrastructure in place holds a lot of value to a company potentially trying to scoop up Harte. Look at the latest press release from Argonaut Gold and how the cost of their Magino project nearly doubled. Building mines just got a hole lot more expensive in the last year.

Aside from cost of mine and infrastucture and Time lost during this process? Say One year Gold production plus cost of mine and infrastructure. How much is that? Fair to me and probably still in the game,
