Court order
At fti site the initial order for CCAA protection ,endorsement of Justice Pattillo see file. It mentions Sherman Estate. Does this mean Sherman's owned part of Harte?

hey fred, that mine sits on leased claims, how is that going to work? if you look on a map all the surrounding claims are harte owned except where the mine is.

fred, I was just asking about the mine sitting on leased claims. I am curios how leased claims are treated in a bankruptcy. sorry for the confusion.

Buford, as seen on FTI , SLR new offer now will honour Appian's off take agreements and royalty. They will honour First Nation agreements. This tells me they will honour leased claims as I see it.

Its just legalese -- the way judges and lawyers refer to precedence. IANL, but I think the judge is syaing that the request for sealing the EX AA meets the criteria established in the rulling on "Sherman estate" case where the SC established some principles on "sealing orders".
