Morningstar fair value rating of Harte increased from 0.02 to 0.03 yesterday. Why ????? should this not be trending down to 0.00

Just a guess but maybe Morningstar, with it's experience and access to info, estimates that any successfull transaction with a " bidder ", will provide enough in the bid to cover the liabilities of Harte with 3 cents paid to current shareholders....that should mean a " bid " of over $200 million for the whole nine yards...OR it could mean a fair value of ...more
