Ore’s worth

After reading Sacks (dec.22 - 8:43 pm ) post on GENM about value of ounces in the ground, can someone give their opinion of what Harte's real value of M&I and P&P ounces in the ground is now worth. Hopefully someone following  both BB 's can comment.

The problem fred is finding a legitimate document. There is this https://minedocs.com/21/Sugar_Zone_Expansion_FS_01012021.pdf from which you could refer to page 70. Actually, in that document. on page 208, table 15-3 shows Probable Reserves of 797k oz Dec 31 2020..  No Proven Reserves, apparently because the drill holes it's based on are too far apart. I don't see someone paying much more than 50-100 million for the assets to take that chance as described because there may not be 500,000 ounces left to mine and a profit per ounce may be not come for several more months. Of course there could be 700,000 ounces left to ...more

From the article I read they say P+P reserves are worth $160 per ounce. If this is true 750k oz comes in at $120 million in the ground. Maybe this is too simple a way to look at it , as proven and probable reserves definitely are not the same. With this infill drilling being done maybe some of these probable reserves would now be considered proven reserves. A number of companies use P+P in company ...more
