It is possible that some of the bigger players have already started proceedings against Harte.Ultimately however it is the small guys that got burned the worst.Moms and pops, sisters and brothers, retirees, employees of Harte who bought in and many, many more.Big companies like new gold for instance can just write it off.The little guys however do not have that option. What's gone is gone and I ...more

Someone representing Silver Lake will soon be asking the Court for an order "nullifying" your shares and mine. That order will be transmitted to all exhanges worldwide resulying in a "termination" of those shares on those markets. That penny value you refer to is not an obligation of Harte or SL, but was supplied by the "market" while ii was active...before the freeze ...more

If there were grounds to fight it, NG, who do have the ...more

Kudos once again Mudcreeker. You have knowledge and a way of putting your words together to make things understandable. Everything you said cannot be argued. The company was broke and on the verge of closing the doors and this was the end result.Aussies everything and shareholders nothing.Nothing has changed here.Everything is running ,people are still working ,gold is being poured and I even heard ...more
