The final nail in the coffin

January 28.Harte Gold will be seeking court approval of the successful bid and authority to consummate the transactions  at the approval hearing which will be held on January 28,2022.The successful bid will be available with Harte Gold's materials to be filed in respect of the approval hearing,a copy of which will be posted on the monitor's website once they have been served. What that tells me is that there will be a news release on Friday evening basically saying that it is all over but the crying for shareholders.Unless it is somehow blocked but that is unlikely.

Homestone, Thought other bids or an improved bid was the trigger for the auction, the next phase. If the staking bid was finally accepted, same bid , then why was auction triggered and same terms accepted prior to auction? I am confused, I assumed there were at list 2 bids , one better than the other , why the auction. R

The auction was canceled.Appian and 833 ontario(silver lake) came to an agreement. They decided it was not in either's best interest to battle  it out so they kissed and made up.Appian was satisfied with what silver Lake offered them so it was a done deal with no auction.Everything is on FTI's website now.Lots to read but I pulled this from page 79 of 604 ,paragraph 106(d)All issued ...more

Other miners out there did not see more value, above SLR, makes me think , I overvalued this asset. Still seems like a steal to get an HIGH GRADE operating mine with most of the growing pains behind ,that would take years with permits and construction ect. plus large land claims. Still doesnt  add up, but the markets say different. Very big mistake for me and hope my other holdings can ...more

I don't understand it either why no other company took this on.Most likely the debt scared them away. From an operations standpoint a major drawback is having the camp in town and having to transport all the workers on a daily basis to and from the mine. What a headache. Not to mention the enormous cost associated.Silver Lake will also have to plow many millions into equipment upgrades  and ...more

But Frazer and the rest also ended with nothing, their stock worthless, can't see them thinking that was fair?

The whole thing is fishy.Everything was done to appease Silver Lake and it was given to them on a silver platter. Here's all your permits(it's a hassle getting those) here's the 450 page expansion plans (that investors paid for) Everthing rolling along smoothly now and producing 5000 oz a month.By gosh what a deal and the best part of it all (for them)is that  shareholders get ...more

Remedy, that is exactly the question I put to the OSC. No response to date.
