OSC again
At this point, I really don't give a flying F whether or not Harte reaches its potential or disappears down a giant sinkhole. I want somebody in authority to take the opportunity to do their job and look into the goings-on in this fiasco. I have written to OSC again, quoting some of the more recent and relevant statements made on this board and offering them the chance to investigate those concerns.
I am not holding my breath, but if I have learned one thing from all this, it is, at least for the moment, not to have faith in, or trust, the people that are supposed to be monitoring the actions of corporations and their representatives in this province.
I made a lot of money 40 or 50 years ago on the Vancouver Exchange, but we all knew it was the proverbial dog's hind leg. This exchange and its provincial monitors are supposed to be on the up and up.
We'll see....maybe.

Roman was co chairman with Rob Cudney on Golden Eagle I believe, and it was Cutney who got things done. If your interested read Feb.4,2020 CEO.ca interview ( Conversation With Legendary Junior Mining Investor Rob Cudney of Northfield Capital).

I believe you. SR is just a joke, who put investors money in his pocket and left the company!

Yes Stephen Roman screwed all the investors.. Some claim he lost a lot millions with Harte... but he didn't bring any money from his pocket... he gained millions of shares just free.... If he wasn't paid while at Harte, I will agree with those dogs barking for SR. He simply took huge payment, looted all its investors and then left for good!

That may be true with Global (heavily discounted founder's shares) not with Harte. SR got his shares as options (which are granted at the closing day price -- recall the new management introduced "free" share-based compensation, which didnt exist under SR), and more by buying from the market. He did lose in this case, assuming he held on to it, which I think to be to be the case.
