I would suppose that if there was going to be any class action anything,  then New Gold has 151 million reasons,  plus the large whales representing hundreds of millions of more reasons holding till the end....us little guys with a few hundred thousand or a few million have little chance of making enough noise to make any difference...it just totally amazes me that New Gold appears to

You never know what happens behind closed doors.Maybe New Gold was compensated but that would be hard to hide.They are common shareholders.I'm very surprised myself that the big players are not making any noise.Us little guys are little flies to be swatted away but you would think the big players would be putting up a fuss.Maybe something is coming down the pipeline in regards to a lawsuit but
