As I understand it, for this year MM and four other executives are going to split $16+ million in salary and bonuses, of which $6.5 million are bonuses. According to the financials, the company is in great shape although I couldn't find any mention of the fact the sp has tanked !

So da boyz take care of themselves----- Shareholders are left to concoct conspiracy theories about what happened to their investment.

Yah, they deserve big buck paycheques-- not one of their promises/projections came to pass.  But they did meet once every couple of months on ipanema for a good laugh.

I'm thinking that MM gets the lion's share of the pay, so he is probably making, what, $8+ million a year?  That might be peanuts for the Wall St. guys, but you gotta think when he makes one of those signature, impassioned presentations for the BK- sponsored groups, he is laughing all the way to the bank... IF nothing else, HRT with it’s current $500M is a real cash cow for those

The seismic indicates hydrocarbons are present. Is it oil or gas? If oil, is it in commercial quanities? The real question is , was the source rock in good communication with this trap (reservoir)? If so, we are holding gold! It really does not matter to me what the compensation/bonuses package is. If they find the oil,  they have earned it, If not, it will not matter a year from now, this
