Back in the day the oilers did not have the technology they have today. 3D Seismics in particular have come a long way.so too has oil seap analysis, and chemical profiling. So the presumption that it will take as many drills in Namibia is in all likelihood incorrect. In addition, all of those companies in Namibia right now, with the geophysicisits, geologists, money men - who as you rightly point
