MM's 2 year term as CEO was up yesterday

According to the HRT website, the terms of office expired for all officers yesterday.  CC will be interesting next week as HRT explains what role, if any besides director, MM plays going forward.

I'm also very interested in seeing where Wagner Peres fits into this story. It just does not make sense why they would not want MM to remain in place with his knowledge and connections in Brazil. Is there a BP connection in all of this?Is this a hostile take-over? I just find the timing unusual with well results to be be reported shortly.
