Yep. All US holders got the mailed Updated proxy, essentialy after the vote took place. Only around 25% of the classes' votes were actually cast I believe.

Yeah, I regret not voting now. I use E*Trade and Schwab and I think with both you have to kind of opt in to receive proxy materials by email. I expect I didn't do it-- too doggone many emails already was probably what I was thinking. I thought about doing it before the recent election, but then I figured who wouldn't go with Mello . . . .
