I am at a very early stage of research but can anyone tell me the corporate structure of HRP. Stockhouse would suggest the market cap is $60million but HRP brazil has over $500million in cash. By investing in this stock will I have a partial ownership of any find in Africa?

To most this will appear to be a very dumb question, for the patient, please help!

Market cap in Canadian shares is about that value but they have almost 300 million shares that trade on the Brazilian exchange. That is where the bulk of the value is for the company.
