Shareholders meeting

Were we not to have a shareholders meeting today? Anyone have an update (since we can't try's this company to provide it)? Renzo?

Dear aresoilventures, as I was already posted in IH: for to be installed the meeting would need 25% of shareholders. For to need to change the status needs 2/3 = 66% of shareholders. I was at the meeting even though the issue of quorum HRT maximum was 40%, but if JG had attended the EGM can been installed and some issues that did not need 2/3 could be led to act.
