Hmmmm

Seems to me that I posted some time ago that the reason for the reverse split was for a raise of moolah...

<>> There you have it.  Roughly a possible 30% increase in shares out but not saleable for 1 year. These shares right now would be convertible at around 7.50$BRL., or about the equivalent of $1.70 cdn for HRP.

Hood, If they make some smart buys with the money this might not be bad for shareholders

My guess is that it is for drilling Polvo. This seems like the brokers are expecting a bit of a hard sell if they have to offer such a big discount to the Deb buyers. In most cases  the conversion price is considerably higher than the prevailing price. The interest rate seems reasonable, so I'm not sure if this would be classified as junk.

Hood, razorburn thinks the debs are just a ploy to bring in more money they can siphon into their own pockets..it's a tough call...mm and his cronies were bleeding hrt dry..and the "new" band of crooks with mm in the background could be continuing the practice https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=107535093

GT, He might be right.  Let's see if they can even sell these Debs.  I don't want any.  I'll bet northnut doesn't want any or any of the other pumpers at large.

GT, they have had much more success drilling the market then they have had drilling for oil. lol
