PetroRio"COMERCIO DE COMBUSTIVEIS LTDA"?...Trade Fuels LTDA?
Dear shareholders, do not advise breakfast in this morning before trying to digest the matter that expose below.
As proposed by management and approved by the ESM of 5/15/2015, the name of the company would move from HRT Participações em Petróleo SA for PetroRio Participações SA. Note the last paragraph that the intention was that the name stayed only PetroRio SA (as image below) and only in case of a problem on register this name add the word "Participações" but the key word for the main activity, "Petroleo (Oil)", they had already been ruled out. But the problems are bigger than that, since then the name is Petrorio Participações SA or PetroRio SA, but still be a SA company, publicly traded, listed on the Bovespa and etc etc etc, but referring to the ANP site look as it is listed the company is taking care of Octopus negotiations, issues related to Former HRT's own (now PetroRio) .To my surprise the name that appears is PetroRio Trade Ltda fuels. fuel trade? and LTDA? let's spell: L.T.D.A !! Weird? Coming from HRT is nothing strange. Looking information this company Petrorio Ltda is older than the opening of the HRT's IPO because the cnpj was opened on 27/10/1994.
Another point clear: not occur unitization of the Polvo and Tubarão Martelo(OGX) fields as document below which explains the individualisation of activities.

Note that the structure below appears HRT O & G LTDA, but part of the structure and subsidiary of Petrorio SA, but where does this PetroRio Comércio de combustíveis LTDA?
