NEWS RELEASE

PETRORIO HAS NEW TICKER SYMBOL ON THE TSX-V

Rio de Janeiro, July 08, 2015 - Petro Rio S.A. ("PetroRio" or the "Company", formerly HRT Participaes em Petrleo S.A.), further to the News Release on June 22, 2015, announces that as of July 09, 2015 the Company´s Global Depositary Shares ("GDS"), listed on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") in Canada, will begin trading under the name PETRO RIO and ticker symbol PRJ.

Since June 26, 2015, PetroRio's common shares are traded on the So Paulo Stock Exchange, the BM&FBOVESPA S.A. Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros under the name PETRORIO and ticker symbol PRIO3.
