Comparison??

For those on this board smarter than me: who has done a comparison between Heatherdale and Constantine (CEM)? My general knowledge is they are neighbours in Alaska and to this point have similar tonnage. Both would be underground operations, Niblack is cu/au/zn/ag and CEM Palmer is zn/ag/cu/au. CEM has a JV with a big Japanese outfit and some claims in Ontario.

OK the rest is up to you clever folks.

Lets start with the fact they have a drill program and are active in creating value and progressing their properties for their shareholders.  Nuff said unfortunately

I see your point alan. The ak property is flagship. The rest are a wash. May be asset. may be liability. The ak property is proven to be about identicle to nib. The difference is that all nibs last holes showed massive grade increase. So we are 50% undervalued in comparison but have not included all the big grade. I will stick with htr thanks. nf

Not thinking of trading HTR for Cem. I'm more interested in trying to put a value on HTR once we JV. At this point we seemed to be undervalued in comparison with Cem by 50%. My feeling is that Cem is also severely undervalued. Once this commodity/junior miner bull gets underway, I anticipate this sector will appreciate accordingly. Alan

I was surprised and encouraged that a big miner/refiner like Dowa would JV with a smaller underground project. That opens the field for potential suitors for Heatherdale. Alan

I would add that HTR has a 43-101 resource, mine infrastructure and is further along on the permitting and approval process. Lots of "potential" as well.

so without anything more done my math says people should be paying 20 cents for htr. I had to quit buyin htr on account of a great deal goin on at tko. I think the sale is about to end over there.  nf

Happy to own both. CEM has a nice land package which they control and is not part of the JV. Should see more drilling on both JV and CEM this summer. We need news glow at HTR. Was in Ketchikan twice last week, locals talk more about UCU which I am not a fan of but is always putting out news. I honestly believe that HDI kicks this in gear when they are ready then we giddy up.  Re CEM look who ...more

Looks to me like CME is mostly ZN whose price has been on a tear, and AG whose price looks like its beginning to get on a tear. The geology and location is similar to Greens Creek in the area.... not a bad thing to copy. There's lot going on up on the panhandle icluding Dolly Varden Silver (DV) whom Hecla tried to buy (unsucessfully) but is now a major shareholder. I believe that NIB is ...more
