I am not sure why you are so certain tko will not take over. The proxy was won hands down and tko principles recieved an unconditional apology from the hostiles last month. Tko has put in place a 500 million financing scheme. It would take very little of that to fund htr. I just hope someone from this board goes to agm. Might be  interesting.
