I attended the meeting.  All directors were there except Judy Thomson.   All motions passed.
Discussion followed.  Directors are giving serious thought to all possibilities of moving the company forward and intend to come up with a plan soon.  Higher metal prices or more discovery of metal through drilling will lead to a higher value of the company and consequently production.  Getting funding through various groups, possible pp, joint ventures in mining or milling and lowering costs through better recovery methods  were all mentioned. The company has good support from the State of Alaska.  A takeover now would hurt investors.

Thanks for sharing and taking the time to get that info rp. Tko had a couple bad qs after bc fires and floods last year. There big strip is done and now they are getting into lom grade ore. So it will be a month or 2 until they have some extra cash. I am still hoping for them to jv with htr. Of course I own a balanced amount of both corps so any price is a wash for me. If pp was mentioned, then my
